Aged for 12 months in a variety of red wine barrels and then blended together for a unique Belgian offering. This copper-colored ale has a soft fruity aroma reminiscent of pear and banana, subtle spicy flavors, and a dry vinous finish.

Ace hops combine with a strong malt backbone provided by Marris Otter pale ale malt.
Our Imperial Stout, bourbon Barrel-Aged for 8 months, pours black with a tan head that lingers and leaves heavy lacing on the glass.
This treat of a beer is a double golden ale proudly kettle soured with lactobaillus. We then add real raspberry puree during secondary fermentation. Crisp, tart, and sour flavors all combine for a truly refreshing brew.

A complex pale ale featuring 15% German rye malt. Dry and spicy, this beer showcases the unique flavors of rye and balance of eight varieties of hops. Pureed mango added for a tropical treat.
