Barrel-Aged Colorado Grand Cru (Release #1)
Colorado Grand Cru is a full-bodied Belgian Style Abbey Ale, aged for 16 months in red wine barrels. It has a deep mahogany hue, vanilla, banana & ripe cherry aromas with a huge spicy oak character that it pulled from the oak during its long rest.
The beer was aged in 2 French oak barrels and 3 American Oak barrels from Valley of the wind Winery. The Barrels previously held a mixture of red wine varietals. Waxed and stamped with 2016 on the neck of the 750mL bottle.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Grand Cru
This beer has a deep mahogany hue, vanilla, banana & ripe cherry aromas with a huge spicy oak character. Bourbon and oak flavors are in harmony with Belgian yeast esters and caramelized sugars.

This Bourbon Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout was aged and meticulously blended by our brewers. It pours black with a tan head that lingers and leaves heavy lacing on the glass. As this ale warms, you will experience layers of aromas and flavors reminiscent of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel, and bourbon.
