So this Monday we canned up a fresh batch of our American Sour Ale with Raspberries. Our canner is from Twin Monkey’s Beverage System. It allows us to fill 14 16oz cans per minute with ease and reliability.
We use aseptic fruit sourced from Oregon Fruit based out of Salem Oregon. The fresh, bright flavor comes from farms in the Wilamette Valley and the puree is shipped directly to us here at the brewery. Puree has all the flavor of the fruit without having to deal with possible contamination from seeds and pulp. It also allows us to have a consistent product to serve to our customers.
