Since 2012 we've been cellaring a keg from each batch of our imperial stout. After 6 years we've decided to release these beers to the public. Coffee and chocolate aromas introduce caramel, raisin, and licorice flavors that are perfectly balanced. How will the 2012 version have matured and developed new flavors over time.
