Now available in cans and on draft. Our Flagship kettle sour with lactose, vanilla, blackberry puree, fresh squeezed lemon juice and zest. Blackberry tartness is balanced perfectly with the lemon citrus and smooth creamy finish of the lactose and vanilla.
Make plans to pick up your 4packs of Peach Milkshake IPA in the taproom beginning at noon on Friday July 26th. This Milkshake IPA is dry-hopped three times with Citra and Mosaic hops resulting in a soft, juicy hop character. A balanced addition of milk sugar to the kettle and Tahitian vanilla beans to the fermentor further soften this beer’s mouthfeel. As fermentations slows, we add peach and apricot puree and allow the beer to finish and condition on the fruit.
We brewed this beer to say just that. One of Dad’s favorite things was to ride his bike down to Vail Brewing Company and enjoy tacos and tasters of Garret and Colton’s latest creation on the patio in Eagle-Vail.
CKC Haze, a collaboration beer with Vail Brewing Company. Brewed in honor of Cliff Callaway, Nick’s father, mentor, and regular face around the brewery here in Loveland. This beer is a juicy, hazy pale ale using Eukanot Hop Hash, Galaxy, & Idaho Gem Hops.
Join us in the taproom Friday as we release 16oz cans of our flagship Raspberry sour and our seasonal Imperial IPA. both beers will be available on tap for the festivities, as well as to-go.
Raspberry sour is the same, but has beer reformulated for a slightly lower ABV so you can enjoy more of them! Double birds is big, piny and bold as always.
