About the Role

Our Sales & Distribution Representatives are the face of Loveland Aleworks out in the world. You’ll own your territory, build real relationships, deliver beer, work events, and help expand our presence in meaningful ways.

This is a full-time role (40+ hours/week), and during festival season, things can get busy—in the best way.

What You’ll Do

Own Your Territory

  • Grow sales by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and decision-makers

  • Keep organized, accurate account records

Sell the Right Way

  • Create your own schedule for account visits and follow-ups and deliveries within the operational guidelines and procedures

  • Bring personality and authenticity to every interaction
    Refine your approach continuously to drive growth

Be a Student of the Craft

  • Stay on top of trends, competitors, and consumer preferences

  • Share ideas and insights with management and brewers

  • Keep learning through training, resources, and self-driven study

Show Up for the Team

  • Participate in major brewery events and lend a hand when and where possible

  • Communicate openly about wins, challenges, and opportunities

Get Out There

  • Represent Loveland Aleworks at tastings, collaborations, and events

  • Build brand awareness with smart POS placement and promotions

Know Your Stuff

  • Learn draft system troubleshooting

  • Earn Server Level Cicerone Certification within 90 days

  • Complete Responsible Server Training within 90 days

Handle the Details

  • Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment organized

  • Track maintenance and manage company systems responsibly

  • Protect sensitive company information

  • Drive safely and attend all team meetings

What You’ll Get

  • $18-$20/hour starting pay - DOE

  • After 30 days: eligibility for a performance-based sales bonus (paid monthly)

  • Overtime pay (1.5x) when applicable

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Minimum 40+ hours/week
    Evenings/weekends for events and festivals as needed
