Full Time Position

$18-$20/hour starting pay - DOE

After 30 days: eligibility for a performance-based sales bonus (paid monthly)

The Role

You’ll own your territory, grow accounts, deliver beer, work events, and help our brand shine across Colorado. Full-time (40+ hrs/week) with some evenings/weekends for festivals and tastings.

  • Own Your Turf: Open new accounts, strengthen existing ones, and keep your records organized.

  • Deliver Beer: Get our beer to accounts safely and on time.

  • Sell Your Way: Bring personality, authenticity, and a rhythm that works for you—while following company guidelines.

  • Learn the Craft: Know our beer, the market, and share ideas with the team. Keep improving.

  • Show Up for the Team: Help at events, communicate openly, and be someone everyone can count on.

  • Represent Us Everywhere: Festivals, tastings, collaborations—you’ll be our face out in the world.

What You’ll Get

Sales Support & Delivery Driver

Part-time and Full-time Positions Available.

Part-time Wednesday-Friday + Occasional Nights and Weekends. 24-32 Hours/week.

Full-time Monday-Friday + Occasional Nights and Weekends. 36-40 Hours/week.

$16-$20 per hour DOE

 What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver beer orders to accounts across the Front Range in a timely and professional manner.⁠

  • Coordinate with our Sales Representative to ensure efficient deliveries, account servicing, and payment collection.⁠

  • Maintain and clean draft lines and customer accounts.⁠

  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts. ⁠

  • Keep a strong visual presence in accounts with product placement, displays, and promotional materials.

  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment in top condition. ⁠

  • Assist with events, tastings, and beer festivals, including occasional nights and weekends. ⁠

  • Assist the Sales Representative by taking initiative and securing orders as opportunities arise. ⁠

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Passion for craft beer and the ability to work responsibly around alcohol.

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to drive for extended periods throughout the day.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to lift and carry multiple cases, use a dolly for kegs, and navigate stairs when needed.
